RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 4 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • All made on order (Made upon order / custom made) products are not eligible for return & refunds.
  • Only items that are ready to ship in our inventory are eligible for return & refunds.
  • Returns and refunds are only eligible for items shipped in damaged condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any issues are found.
  • An email is to be sent by you to hello@merchindia.com informing about your intention to return a product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All tags and labels should be intact and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item this process can take upto 4 working days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of electronic payment). The refund amount shall appear in your bank statement  within 10-15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Total amount of discount availed while placing the order will be deducted from the refund amount. The discount so deducted from the refund

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality. This deduction of discount (offered at the time of sale) from the refund amount shall be full and not proportional to the quantity or value of the return.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
